what we do
What is FFP Accountability?
FFP Accountability is an independent tracking initiative managed by the Feminist Foreign Policy Collaborative measuring progress on commitments made by states and multilateral institutions at international Feminist Foreign Policy Ministerial Conferences.
What is Feminist Foreign Policy?
Feminist foreign policy is a commitment to shaping international relations through the values of gender equality, human rights and environmental integrity. But commitments only matter if they are implemented.

measuring progress
From Announcement to Action
1. Identify Commitments
We review official conference records and public statements to identify and document every commitment made.
2. Track Progress
We contact governments and multilateral institutions to validate their commitments. Data are then collected, verified and analyzed against a standardized indicator framework.
3. Publish Findings
A midpoint report and a final report are published and made publicly available for each accountability cycle.
